His work focuses primarily upon designing, developing, and supporting the implementation of service programs for people experiencing homelessness, and expanding the capacity of local governmental agencies to deliver high-quality services.  

Introduction

Kent Hay is a problem solver of community issues with 25 plus years  experience in the social services and criminal justice field. His experience includes homelessness outreach, group home, child protective services, child and family case management, criminal justice, community and business engagement, diversion programs, and direct service engagement. He has worked with and provided guidance to elected officials, judges, police officers, non-profit and for profit social service providers, business and community members.

Kent has used his combined experience in all these fields along with his ability to effectively build, implement, and advise those looking for a solution to complicated community issues. Kent’s entire career has been dedicated to the services of others as shown through his career in public service and his willingness to think outside of the box to find common sense approaches to community issues.
